01Who we are

Tadweerak is a Jordanian platform that organises the collection of recyclable materials. This notice explains how we handle the data you send through this website's forms.

02What we collect

When you register: business name, contact person's name and job title, phone or WhatsApp, email, city and area, and details about your activity (such as monthly oil quantity or vehicle type).

When you contact us: your name, email or phone, and your message.

We don't ask for financial or sensitive data on this site.

03Why we collect it

To review your request, contact you about it, and organise pickups if we agree. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

04Your consent

We process your data with the consent you give through the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, and we'll delete your data except what the law requires us to keep.

05Where it's kept and who sees it

In an encrypted database with a cloud hosting provider. Only the Tadweerak team sees it, and we use an email provider to send your confirmation.

06How long

We keep request data while we work together, or for 24 months after the last contact if we don't, then delete it.

07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent. Email us below and we'll reply within 14 days.

08The law

We follow Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023.
